Staying Safe

WA Police Force want every leaver to have the best possible experience before, during and after Leavers WA.
To help you celebrate safely, please take some time to read the important information on how to look after yourself and your friends, along with where to get help if something goes wrong.
If someone is seriously injured or their life is in danger, call 000 immediately and ask for emergency assistance.
Staying Safe:
Medical attention
GP services are available in Busselton and Dunsborough, and the Busselton Health Campus Emergency Department is open 24 hours.
Who do I call?
Use this guide to decide who to contact:
Emergency — call 000 for Police, Fire or Ambulance if someone is seriously injured or in immediate danger.
When dialling 000: stay focused, answer the operator’s questions, and stay on the line until you are told to hang up.
Non‑urgent medical needs — attend a local GP or a pharmacy for advice and treatment.
On‑site help at Leavers — seek support from event medical teams, volunteers or security at The Zone or at official Leavers locations.
