Police and Leavers WA

The WA Police Force encourages parents and guardians to read the ‘What the Police Expect from You’ information so you know what your young person will be asked to follow during Leavers. Understanding the rules helps you guide them before they head off.

A short conversation at home can go a long way. Talk with your Leaver about staying safe, looking after their mates, and making decisions that will not put their trip at risk. Remind them that Police are there to protect everyone, and that unsafe or unlawful behaviour can lead to serious consequences.
