BeachFest
What is BeachFest?
BeachFest is hosted by Royal Life Saving Society WA and is a daytime event featuring music, games and inflatables set against one of Australia’s most iconic beaches. There are food options available throughout the day, along with volunteers onsite to support you and help ensure you have a great time.
Can I attend BeachFest with a single‑day wristband?
No. BeachFest is only accessible to Leavers who have purchased a four‑day wristband.
Can I drink at BeachFest?
No. All Leavers WA events are alcohol, drug and smoke free, including vapes. This applies across The Zone and BeachFest.
Can I drive and park at BeachFest?
No. There is no private vehicle access to BeachFest and you will not be admitted if you walk there. The only way to access BeachFest is to use the free Leavers Bus Services.
What time do the buses run?
Buses to BeachFest operate continuously from 10.30 am to 3.00 pm* and pick up from the following official Leavers bus stops:
Will there be food available at BeachFest?
Yes. A range of food vans will be onsite for Leavers to purchase food and drinks.
What items are not allowed at BeachFest?
The following items are prohibited under the event Terms and Conditions:
Alcohol
Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia
Cigarettes, e‑cigarettes and vapes
Lighters, matches and sparklers
Weapons or items that could cause harm or intimidation
Glass, bottles or cans
Aerosol cans
Bicycles, scooters, skateboards or rollerblades
Animals
Commercial‑grade filming or photography equipment (your iPhone or film/disposable camera is accepted).
You may bring an empty water bottle. Free water is available onsite for refilling.
