Acceptable Identification

WRISTBAND COLLECTION IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To collect your Leavers WA wristband, you must show an original hard-copy photo ID with a current photo.

Photocopies/photos or IDs with outdated photos (e.g from Year 8) will not be accepted.

Acceptable forms of ID include:

  • Drivers License (including learners permit)

  • Passport 

  • Smart rider with school and photo 

  • WA Photo Card 

PROOF OF YEAR 12 REQUIREMENTS

If you are required to validate your proof of Year 12 during wristband collection one of the below documents MUST be presented with your original hard-copy photo ID:

  • Year 12 School report

  • Year 11 School report

  • Year 10 School report

  • TAFE or trade enrolment that demonstrates Year 12 equivalence

  • Letter from TAFE/School/Training provider
